so yeah dec 22nd i turned 21. Im just wondering whats the cheapest liquor to buy? im talking scotch... or vodka i wanna get FUCKED UP! im buying a 20 bag of shake from my friend for 10$ tomorrow ( lol home boy hookup ) and im gonna have 15$ left over... what kinda liquor should i buy? whats the cheapest and most effective way to get FUCKED were just gonna get tarnished for no reason... input welcome!
