A lot of ebrake in these photos. I would suggest you play with a longer shutter speed so you get a feel of the tires in motion. All of these look like they are standing still. Keep it up.

I hear what you are saying but the easiest and fastest way is to do legs in addition to your work out. They are huge muscles and burn fat and calories like crazy. Once again I get the arms thing but this is just what I would recommend
