Fixed! I guess my battery didnt have enough cranking power. Hooked up jumpercables and was cranking while giving it gas and it finally came to life!

Yea. it primes and u can hear it. Hoses are on tight. Im pretty sure if the fuse was blown it wouldnt prime?

So I replace my stock fuel pump on my s13 to a 255 walbro. Installed and rewired. I get in the car. Prime the fuel pump ( primes right up) and go crank and nothing. Tried a couple more times and does not start just cranks. I took it back out. Redid the connections double checked...
