Well that sounds like your problem, I would suggest wiring it up the correct way so you have proper voltage to the fuel pump and aren't drawing current to your fans

Start from the beginning, check your plugs, move on to fuel, is your pump and filter good? Ecu sending pulses to all injectors? Fpr plugged up and working? ^^ lol you beat me by seconds
