Try jumping the starter by bridging the two post on the starter. If it just sparks and doesn't turn then you have a bad starter. I have a feeling you problem is bigger than just a starter. Just get the motor to turn before more troubleshooting and then get back to us.

Dirty AFM maybe? If you have a spare stock ecu swap it in and see if it does the same thing. Maybe the tune is to blame.

I think you have a problem with the main lead coming off of the alternator not charging the battery. Have Autoblown check your alt to see if its really bad.

What you describe sounds alot like timing maybe one of your cams if off. See if this helps. Never trust anybody else's work.

Maybe you should spent the extra money and buy a hydralic hand brake.

Make sure some your getting good spark to the cyclinder. I have cars make rod knock like noises because of bad timing and poor spark.

While you have the head out should have it rebuilt that usually goes 150 to 200 bucks that way you will have better compression and less burning oil threw the valve stems. Usually you only increase head gasket thickness if you want to increase your boost.

With a T25 you much has have instant boost. I were you i would only trade up if the new turbo spooled the same but maybe flowed better.

It's always a good idea to do a really intensive tune up buy quality nissan parts if not better.
