it take 5 min to load the car on the lift, 5 mins to take off all the wheels, 5 mins each corner to remove the shock, 5-10mins to install the new ones, 20mins to setup the height and camber correctly lol I use to do it for a living, if you can do it faster and correctly, cool.

okay it takes the average joe like 10 minutes to jack the car up with stock suspension and take a wheel off. another 5minutes to take the bolts and nuts off, 10 minutes to put the coilover back on because now you have to jack the control arm or take the sway bar off to push the pos into place...
