i've always used mt-90 and works great. sweet, soft shifts and more for daily driving though if your going to be getting on that transmission (Racing, Drifting, etc) then i recommend Redline shock proof oil either 75W140 or 75W250. i've used the 75w140 on my old cressida/240 and no problems...
