Good idea. But it sounds like your bov is the boost leak. Remove vac so it won't open and see how it runs

That's strange. People don't normally have issues with those. I'm not familiar with the HKS piece but are there settings on it? Unplug the bov and see if you still have an issue (remove vac line)

What BOV? Sounds like a major boost leak through the BOV if its breaking up under boost

Everything looks correct from where im sitting... Have you started the car and set the fuel pressure while it was running? just wondering if that would yield different results? Also are you running Z32 mafs or stock? Wiring custom? Checked for boost and vac leaks?
