Well its either my timing chain or just the chain hitting the guides but I figure instead of just taking out the guides I might as well replace the whole damn thing since I'm at 197k miles anyway, I think I might just give it a try...
Just had a quick question my timing chain is rattling like crazy at 2500 rpms and its killing me :chair:.. I just wanted to know if those timing chain rebuild kits are reliable on ebay like this one here...

No but in all seriousness I don't kno exactly how a burning clutch smells like but it could b that cause now and then when I shift to 5th it grinds a lil
Hey just had a quick question about my transmission, everytime I'm in 3rd or 4th and then I downshift as I'm slowing down a wierd smell emits from it, can anyone tell me what that might b?
I had seen some like fuse holder thing at walmart where u plug a fuse into I guess like some cartridge and it has a wire sticking out from it would that work?

but ppl will talk about how stupid i was for cutting the oem harness:(
basically i tried testing the oem harness and its not getting power, only the red and blue wire (illumination) gets power and i checked my fuses and they are all fine.
but for the no power i dont get it wouldnt the illumination wire not give off power? cause it shows that it has power and i had checked all the fuses and they are fine
i purchased my s14 with the "premium audio package" a couple weeks ago and unfortunately it didnt have a radio installed so i figured no problem but once i actually checked the wiring i was confused from the very start so i went looking around on the net for some help but none of them answer...
