have u taken apart ur steering column and checked all ur wires to see if anything looks loose, broken, etc....if it was me i would start there and just follow ur wires until u find out whats wrong and pull shit apart til u get to it...thats what i do after i check all fuses...question have u...

bro just follow the hose figure out what it is and where it goes and buy a new hose get a couple clamps...drain ur coolant system first so u dont get drenched in coolant when u pull off the hose....replace the hose...tighten down clamps....refill ur cooling system and make sure u bleed out all...

same thing happened to me but worse the rack just shit out as i was pulling into my driveway soo bad that it was immobile. i bought a reman rack from bennett and replaced the bushings as well i just used oem replacement bushings tho. im glad i grabbed new ones cause when i pulled out the rack...
