You dont need a FIA approved seat and harness. OEM is fine, but why did you get a 4 point harness? They tend to ride up your chest. I guess I will have to accept a 4 point, but it needs to be mounted correctly.

Well riding with the fire dept I can tell you 99% of drivers in a rollover w/out seat belts on go to the ER with serious injuries. And 99% of those with seat belts on are usually waiting at the scene with minor injuries. Never heard of a cage killing someone.
