i kno how to use a test lightt

i really checked the fuse put the fan to it jus to see if it would get power and it worked.and how can i check if the pump its self is getting power. i know i use the test light but to wat?

i just finish the sohc swap. everything is plugged up the car cranks but wont turn on because it seems not to be getting any fuel. i pulled the fuel rail off jus to make sure and it was dry no gas wat so ever i checked the fuse its good its gettin power but not sending gass? i guess.i need...

My car is misfiring at idle but not alot but its jus seems like it stutters every few seconds. Changed the plugs wires distributor nothingg workd need help asap
