i see a elbow, leaking coolant. It's located on the intake manifold. Directly behind the ps pump. do i have to change the whole intake manifold or is that a fitting i can buy?

anyone know how to wire the electric fan so it turns on when i start the car. its a 1990 240. thanks i guess i have to run it on a switch, thanks for the help guys...really...thanks!!!
