im ordering bearings for my sr it spun the rodbearing and i want to buy something that holds 400hp any brand

and if u build an sr dont use oem parts if u want to make power thats why my sr started to knock thats the engine from fuckedup180 so its nothing wrong whit rebulding them just need to know wtf you doing

its prety fucked up i dont know if u can see it on the pictures

i do that tommorow thaks for the help I try push on them while the cam pointing up but its not moving at all

i did i turn the motor wout the plugs and oil was comeing good on the rails but i dont have a gauge to know the exact psi

its comeing from the top for sure and u cant hear it till 2500 rpm and thats the weakest point on the sr head the lifters and the motor just got rebult resently

it just started makeing this noise when i was driveing home after a hard pull on tp but nothing crazy shifted at 7k rpm

yes you need diferent cams i just dont know what would be a good setup what cam to get ?

i pulled the coils one by one when the engine runing and its stoped that knok when i got to the 3dr cylinder fron the front so i guess im takeing the motor out
