I wouldn't recommend that, Why remove the stock unit? Many cars use the temperature to adjust timing and fuel maps. Without a Temp reading, it may not run properly, I would do some homework before I did that...

Many aftermarket gauges come with their own sensors, so they original one might not work with the gauge. You will most likely have to install the sensor somewhere into the motor and wire it to the new gauge.

Well, I need to machine an engine block. 1 of the 8 cylinders needs repair, so I'm gonna go ahead and get it honed/bored (whatever is needed) before I put the motor back together. Anyone know of any good machine shop? Preferably near Pembroke Pines/ Hollywood. Thanks

I think I found the problem... I took the slave out, and made sure fluid was flowing through the hard line after the MC. It checked out fine, then I proceeded to inspect the clutch fork and noticed that the rod from the Slave was almost going through the center of the Clutch fork hole... So, I...

Clutch was replaced less than 2 years ago with ACT street clutch, Heavy Duty PP and both bearings. Does not have any more than 20k on the damn thing... Shit even the tranny has about the same mileage as the clutch, that shit was rebuilt too...

No leaks, fluid is at the same level, just bled the clutch and there wasn't a drop of air in it... I adjusted the pedal to how I want it to engage, (just over the 1/2 way point of pedal travel) and it is bottoming out the MC about 1/2CM before the pedal reaches the floor... I'm going to change...

I'm having clutch issues. The clutch is engaging almost on the floor. I had replaced the Master, and slave cylinders, even got a SS line to replace the old rubber one. Bled the system and adjusted the clutch accordingly... I have driven it about 50-80 miles, and it was engaging fine, where it is...
