from what i know u dot need an oil restrictor unless ur using a ball bearing turbo, plz correct me if im wrong, but im pretty positive its not needed. i ran a turbonetic t3/t4 50trim in my previous car with out a oil restrictor for about a year whit no problem.

Yeah that works, my friend some how blew a spark plug of the head while driving an tried to put it back but I was stripped. He did the helicoil at some shop an the didn't even need to pull the head off. Now the car is straight an he runs the hell outta it an its perfect no problems at all...

yes indeed that really does work, when my vtc started knocking i thought that was the problem so a friend of mine thats a mechanic told me to pour in 1 qt of atf in with the oil an it'll fix that
