Do you know how these tires perform

so my good friend Henry from school hooked me up wiff his old set of nt555 and got bout 25% tread left on em. Should I burn em up when I get a car again or should I keep em. Sizes are 245/45/17. Kinda big but it looked good on his ford mistake aka mustang. Lol. And other useful info would be sweet

kinda got a question that i been wanting to know and never found out. What exactly is the wheel offset. on my car i had 17x7 with tire sizes 225/45/17 in rear and 215/45/17 in front. and it would be great if no one just straight out says anything rude.
