Eric G about the 2jzge look into daveH he is well know in the 2jz world for making the fastest 2jzge's if u want to see power. he did 8's on the 1/4 mile using a unopened GE block with 200*** miles on it to prove a point. just saying in all the 2jzge is a great swap an more people should do it...

the vvti 2jz is the engine with the weaker rods. The headgaskets are different one thicker then the other. the heads are different at the intake an exhaust bolts on the heads have different patterns an the compression is high on the NA head. But thats about it toyota did really change the engine...
