ok so i got the rear toe to be "good" but for some reason the front of the tire wont push in also its still pushed outwards.

Oh well.

Can it be as simple as an alignment?

So my rear is swaying from side to side when i turn and when i got straight my car is like tilted my front is straight but the rear is sideways kinda. i replaced traction rod, toe link and rear lca. what else could it be?

Had the same problem check your tension rod bracket. that was what fixed mine. It was slightly bent and still through off my caster.
