when i start it up it wants to die out and cant hold an idle and wants to bog out, but once it is warm like 10 -15 mins later its straight no problems. has any one had this problem with their sr and is their a fix???? please help

95 240 with redtop. speedometer works but not the tach. i heard i might i have to get the silvia cluster in order for it to work... is it true or is there anoter solution...?
