Exactly what I do! Work out till you are no longer sore and not making much gains then add supps. Plus you want to make sure you are serious and keep a routine before you waste money on a bunch of crap. Creatine never upset me in anyway and I always noticed gains. Vitamins on the other hand...

Normal :D you wouldnt notice much of a difference in appearance, you may gain a little at first but like I said it is water weight not fat. All creatine really does is give you more stamina so you can work out longer.

No it doesnt make you fat. If you are ripped and you take creatine it will saturate your muscles with water (you will retain more water) thus not appear as ripped. Once you get to your goal just stop creatine and start your rip phase. Also you shouldnt use creatine for long periods of time, some...
