    Bodybuilding.com has cheap creatine and optimum whey is pretty cheap and effective. Cytogainer and muscle milk have extra stuff you dont really need. Isopure protein is the best IMO, but it does cost a bunch.

    Ephedrine use to be the shit, but I was pretty sensitive to it so I use to only use half the recommended dosage. Hows that work for you? The glutamine and vitamin B I usually have in my normal vitamins but the chromium Picolinate I dont really supp, unless you count pepper.

    I rarely ever go over 70. people pass me all the time on the highway but I dont even care cuase I got my AC on high and my music cranked. Driving slow in my car though is pretty easy since it is slow and very comfortable.
