I understand what your saying Pat, All I'm saying is I think it will hinder them cause I was not very happy when my entry run in distances were shortened because I was in a lower skilled class because I wanted to learn to control the car at higher entry an drift speeds just as good as the top...

Or how about it just stays the same because they have to learn one way or another how to enter high speed. The sooner the better. Moving them closer will only be hurting them in their skill development.

We tandemed at all the other ones to. Then It didn't matter if you had a cage or not. As long as you had the skill. I used to tandem with uncaged drivers an vice versa before I got my cage. I understand if its an insurance issue, an if thats the case, people can put like $20 or $30 away a week...

How about the idea that people stretch tires because the thinner the tire the less $$$$. So Instead Of me forking over $$ for 265 on an 18'' I save like $80 on a 225. So some of us just do it because we are poor cuz our cars suck away all our money lol.
