idk whats better about tomoro. my birthday or this.

so i register my car today (92 240sx)and everythings fine then 2 hours later the thing dies. its blowing the ignition fuse. we checked starter, alternator, chagned battery cable. its grounded out somewhere but cant find where..anybody have any ideas??
