When you start your car and the gauge goes into the negative reading, its not positive pressure, thats not considered boost guys...Negative pressure readings gives u an idea of how well your piston rings seal, in turn giving you a rough idea if you have good compression or what...Every1 knows...

Check your grounds bro...That sounds like classic ground wire problem...Find a better spot and make sure its bare metal your grounding to.

If its not cranking @ all it's a starting issue, so start with the smallest thing which is checking the starter fuse, then check the starter itself...You might wanna take the starter out & look @ the teeth on the starter gear, could be a possibility the teeth are stripped out or just not there Lol.

It reads negative pressure in your engine, which in turn can give you a rough idea of how good or bad your compression is.

Normal Vaccum on a sound motor should be 20...My friends S14 SR runs 20, but healthy vaccum on any engine in general is anywhere between 18-22" of mercury on your vac gauge.

If it overheated to the point where the plugs melted to the head then guaranteed the deck of the block is fucked also & no telling how bad the warpage to the head is...It'll cost too much to re deck the block and have the head checked and shaved blah blah blah...Get another motorset...

I have a set of HKS 555cc injectors goin on a Blacktop S14 SR20DET Notch Back...I was wondering if i need to wire up resistors in line with them or it'll be fine w/o them? Also if I do have to wire resistors what OHM/Value Resistors would i need? Thanks in advance.
