The car runs the same and I did a coil test and its still making the sound it went away for a day then it came back just not nearly as loud my camera won't pick up the sound , that's how quiet it got

Do you guys have any idea Wtf it sounds like its coming from the head but its louder from under the car by the driver side ? Lol anyways here's the video listen as it gets louder then stops and so on...
