sr20 lagging, losing power, not going fast at WOT. it looses power, and i can actually feel it regain once i lift my foot off the throttle. is this a fuel problem? maybe fuel pressure? please help :)

i just swapped an sr in a shell that i bought, and the day i got it running, i drove about 50 miles around town, then i drove it almost 2 hours non stop. and then i overheated the fuck out of it, and drove it all the way back with a cracked head.. :/ but still truckin, gas in the radiator and all!
