Are we seriously going to have an argument over the tires they use? They're described as high temperature motorsports grade compound tires.....Track tires. They're not running shit you buy at Wal-Mart.

They're purpose made track tires, they may be available to the public, but they're made for drifting. Can you afford multiple sets of those for 1 event?

Well I'm not positive for Formula D, but I know in the Maxxis BDC, they run purpose made tires. And I also know it has to do with the coilovers and rebound resistance and a solid traction patch with not too much negative or positive camber.

They have purpose made drift tires for grip and lots of fuckin' smoke, of course they're gonna hook up better. That's most of the reason they can mash it and get crazy angle without whipping it. If you all had the same tires and a good 500 horse, you'd be doin the same.

Regardless of how bad you guys think you did, you definitely looked pretty fucking awesome out there, everyone was bitching at the camera man for the live-feed because he wasn't moving the camera for Pro-Am. He eventually started making an effort. But anyways, you guys were bamf's for a day...
