ok so when imm coming to a light and put my car in neutral my rpms drop about 500 sometimes 400 then bounce to like 600 then stops at 750. idk wat it is. i have no sign of a vacuum leak. could it be my fuel pump?

i looked at it again this morning and it looked like water. if its that, could it stop the spark plug from creating spark resulting in my car having a loss of power?

i didnt remove the spark plug but when the car was on i looked where the plug threads in and i saw that little droplets were forming

couldnt having bad compression mess with idle? cuz i have like perfect idle though

if its ps fluid why does it feel like i lost alot of power?
