99% it's a faulty wire or connection somewhere. Most likely a loose CTS connector. Could be a faulty temp gauge but I doubt it. You could try a volt drop or ohm test to see if your harness is good, cause checking your harness by hand and eye can be a real pain in the ass.

lol. My 240 used to have a slave cylinder problem. Would blow them all the time. Would have to get home by leaving it in first, starting the car and shifting with no clutch. I drifted with it like that one time though. hehe.

Go to pep boys, discount, sears or w/e and look for a socket that is "swirled" inside. They are made for rounded off heads. I use them at Toyota all the time and they work perfect. They cut into the head and rip it out. Can't use the screw any more but I'm sude you wouldn't care. :-P

I have solid motor mounts. I like it. Gives my hands a little massage.
