It could be a base car also i edited. Not all WRX are STI tho i wish i could get an sti for the price of a normal wrx xD but then we all would have one.

Looks like an 03-05 WRX Sti. Tho cant tell for sure seeing the bulk of the car is gone. :( Edit: From the looks its an aftermarket intercooler and i dont see any tail fin. Or where one might have been. So its probly a base model WRX.
