Where can the get the sealer from? And do i have to get a certain kind? Advance auto parts doesnt have the rtv liquid gasket sealer.

I saw that timing chain rattle diy and i think thats what it is. Kinda like a rattle, so im going to do the diy. But i dont need the guide? I thought i had to replace it?

Ever since i lowered my idle down to around 1k, an annoying sound has been coming up. But when i get the rpms at 1300 or above the noise goes away. I was reading that it might be the timing chain rattle. Does anyone know what im talking about?
