i want to make a hydreulic e-brake i know i need a clutch mastercycler or brake mastercycler, brake lines, end fittings i want to know do i T it off the bleeder or brake lines, or is it a other way ??

will 205/50 r16 fit or stretch on 16x8'' wide my stock rear tires are 225/50 16
