So i bought a new speed sensor, for the KA 5 speed... I installed it in the SR tranny, drove down the road and the speedo is still reading way high... Would ordering the plastic gear for the KA speed sensor work? The car is a s14 zenki w/ a black top SR and trans... Any help would be...

So i changed the oil today and when i reinstalled the oil filter it sparked against the alternator... Now no interior power or lights... I started following down wires and there is no ground on the alternator and any wire in the area doesnt make a complete ground... The ground wire is hooked...
