I have a 96' 240 with a sr20det with a Koyo radiater and duel electric flexalite fans that constantly run. My top rad hose always swells up to about the size of my arm all the time but the temp will be ok. Other times the temp will rise. My water pump seems fine. The radiator is atleast 4...
