Does anybody know a place in broward that can do pwder coating and brake rebuild for s14 jdm brakes? also how much should I spect to pay for powder coating all 4 brake calipers?

I have a pair of j30 calipers, my question is is there any 4lug rotos i can use to make this a bolt on? i dont need to spend money to make the car 5lug but want to try to get away from cutting holes in the j30 rotors.
