well i have a motorola, rockr phone,,, i got from roomate,, he used to use it when he had nextel,, now he swtiched to diff provider i.e.verizon,,,, now when i tired using my sim card, from cingular, the phone became locked,, not security bullshit,, but phone locked,,, i know it can be unlocked...
