Im running into a problem of the stripped phillips screws on the coilpacks with my 1J when replacing my spark plugs. I changed 4 out of 6 plugs. Is there anyway I can get those little screws out? Where can I get replacement screws? Please help ASAP!!!

Just received the driver side window switch from a 97 240sx but the connections are different than my 98 240sx SE. Why is this? I can only get a window switch from a 98? The two switches look exactly the same but the connections are different. What should I do?
