Wd 40, oil penetrant, it was a bitch to do leave it attached since u don't have a vice try. Worst comes to worst try some bf pliers, and the wrenches What I did is with the big fucking plier I grabbed the shock( the black tube that's threaded) but high so that when u adjust it won't interfere...

I had the same problem with my meghans, for some reason they froze. I ended up soaking it, then I took it off and put it on a vice, then got at it with the wrenches.
