Two illegal aliens, Ralphel Resindez 23 and Enrico Garza 26, probably believed they would easily overpower a home alone 11 year old Patricia Harrington after her father had left their two story home.

It seems the two crooks never learned two things, they were in Montana and Patricia had been a clay shooting champion since she was nine. Patricia was in her upstairs room when the two men broke through the front door of the house. She quickly ran to her father's room and grabbed his 12 gauge Mossberg 500 shotgun.

Resindez was the first to get up to the second floor only to be the first to catch a near point blank blast of buck shot from the 11 year olds knee crouch aim. He suffered fatal wounds to his abdomen and genitals. When Garza ran to the foot of the stairs, he took a blast to the left shoulder and staggered out into the street where he bled to death before medical help could arrive.

It was found out later that Resindez was armed with a stolen 45 caliber handgun he took from another home invasion robbery. The victim, 50 year old David Burien, was not so lucky as he died from stab wounds to the chest.

False story, probably to push the illegal immigrant issue for upcoming elections. Kinda sad to see propanganda like this going around.

thats why kids should always know how to safely handle firearms IMO. My dad taught me how to handle his rifles and handguns form a very young age, and I always knew they are not toys.

Yeah I have to agree. Some things in the story don't add up. Most noteably is how a 11yr old girl can handle a shotgun like that. She might have great aim but after one shot the recoil would be hard to control for her. I also don't see the point of using "illegal aliens" at any point in the story, if anything call them latin males or criminals. So it does seem fishy and as they say don't believe everything you read.
 
Hmm does seem a little fishy but I must admit I used to be into skeet shooting when I was around that age as well. Of course I was not using a full size 12-gauge... My best friend was teh Florida Jr. Skeet shooting champion until he was like 14. It was funny b/c he always had like 3 or 4 shotguns under his bed, always... If your around guns from an early age it really isn't a big deal.
 
republican propaganda it sounds like. Pro NRA. MY sister keeps a 20 guage mossberg around but thats alot smaller of a gun. and an 11 yo girl would most likely have one of those around then a 12 gauge. plus what website is it from?

This is an "urban legend" and there doesn't seem to be any evidence to back up it up.

Raphael Resendez-Ramirez is the infamous "Railroad Killer" illegal alien / serial murderer. He eventually was captured.

Enrique Garza is a musician from Snyder, Texas whose 3 sons formed the band "Los Lonely Boys".

Patricia Harrington is an adult woman who writes children’s mystery books.

I can find no reference to David Burien.

The story has no author or news source listed. There is no date, time or address of where the incident took place. I would wager that this is an invented account. There's absolutely nothing on the web (aside from this verbatim account itself) to indicate this ever actually happened, or that anyone named Patricia Harrington ever was a champion clay-shooter anywhere. No news station, web site or paper has published this story.

Please prove me wrong by providing some verifiable facts or citations!

After discussing this with my father..... It is plausible that this might be true. A. She was in a crouched position...on her knees in a braced position. Meaning that she was prepared for the recoil of the gun. And B. She has had prior shooting experience with the gun, meaning she had a good deal of experience on how to handle the weapon. Im not saying it is true...but after discussing it...it is a great possibility.
 
Um, the scenario works out fine. Just the names and story don't check out at all. It's pure propaganda. Also the shot to the groin seems a little coincidental since the obvious pre-drawn conclusion here is that he was going to rape her.

AWESOME!!!! another time an American benefits from being a trained gun owner... to all of you thiefs, people shoot back. recoil doesnt mean shit. i was shooting the same types of weapons at the same age and younger. Shooting Ak's since i was 8. as long as you know how your piece reacts when you shoot it and if you are trained as this little girl was its a no brainer guys.. not everyone in this world is a non trained gun owner.. common misconception.
