155-60-15 stretched on 15X8 (?)

After alot and I mean alot of f$#king thinking....
Yeah, the front tires r too (low-profile) and although I love the way they look, its just not matching with the look of the 195-55s on the 15X10 out back.
So I did some research and found a 155-60-15 tire that exists only in UK and Japan.
So im thinking of getting a pair to stretch on the front 15X8s.
Sould lift the car from the front a lil more and even it out.

I know u guys r probably thinking "holy shit a 60 profile is gonna look
f$#king huge!" but the thing is SOME tires get narrower (skinnier)
the profile is not as big as lets say a 185-60...will look like they have a bigger profile than a 155-60.

The only thing Im wondering is if I should buy 2 or just 1 to test.....

This is the 155-60-15 on a OE 15X5 OE wheel.

those are lower profile than a 195-55 dude. the profile is a aspect ratio in percentage of how wide the tire is

55% of 195mm = 107mm tall
60% of 155mm = 93mm tall

they are 14mm shorter

soo no you shouldn't order them unless you want to waste your money.

wow! very nice, coming from the other paul!

agrresively? no,lol waaaay too narrow and being stretched Id have almost no grip up front for aggressive driving.
these would be for daily although still not much of a contact patch lol..... but anyways this is not for sure yet.
I have my old school 14X7 Supra wheels for autoX/drift bc of the tire selection.
Besides this is not a decision ive already made, its just an option im considering, thats all.
PINER: I know theyre lower profile than say a 195-60 which is why I said what I said in the beginning... which is basically what I want really.
Although itll be a 60-profile, I need a lower profile up front but higher than the 165-45 im running currently on my 15X8s.

Thanks for the replies guys.

im confused...

what tire do you currently have on your 15x8? and you want a lower profile? or more of a stretch?

Right now I have imported 165-45-15 Federals on my 15X8 (front)
The stretch is nice and the look but the only thing I want is a higher profile but still
stretched.
So to do that I have to go narrower and higher profile.
Right now the 165-45 is the smallest/lowest profile tire u can get for a 15" wheel.
So a 155-60-15 Continental will have a good stretch but slightly higher profile then the 165-45 I have now.

All im aiming for is more of a match (shape/roundness) to the 195-55 i have on my 15X10 (rears)

I guess this thread can be closed now....

why dont you just run a 165/50? That will be only 8 mm bigger of a sidewall instead of 155/60 which will only be 19 mm bigger and provides less traction?

why dont you stop being a fanboy and run a normal size tire? you know...like a tire that will allow you to drive...
