Is the IS300 a front sump set up? if yes will it swap out for my 97 rear sump?

if your putting the 2j in your s13 then you need an front sump...

Any oil pan will swap out, you will just need the following. And I believe IS's are front sump.

-lower oil pan
-upper oil pan
-baffle
-pickup tube
-dipstick tube
