What about the maf? Is it just dangling there?

naw maf is on the maf housing connected to the throttle body.

Still sounds like timing or plugs wires are mixed up. Generally the only thing to cause the engine to fire on the intake stroke.

you can never be like me even if you did drift on steelies ...btw only car i ever drifted on steelies is the s14..and its not my car so im not going to buy wheels for it
 
Well, checked for spark in all the spark plugs took it all out and was soaked in coolant from taking off the throttle body coolant hose and it sprayed out into all the spark plugs. So cleaned it all out and they all get spark but I put it all back in and it turns over and try's to start and just backfires once in a while. The cylinder layout is 123456 1 being near the front of the car and 6 by the firewall and the firing order is 153624 so I hooked them up accordingly and is somehow different then how I had it in the first place so idk. Anyone have an idea?
