5 speed swap project help.

okay so i have my 1990 nissan s13 hatch. ka24e sohc :p

i have i think most of the parts but lmk what els i need.

^clutch nd brake pedal.

new and used bolts. i used http://5speedswap.epijunkie.com/ this to find bolt sizes. most are correct but some i have to trim down in length.

this i have and will there be something that goes around this that shows in the console? or is this the part that shows...?

links engine to transmission.

flywheel. it has to be sanded down a lil and trimmed. 500 thousandths gap i think. correct me if im wrong.

clutch is done. gunna have to find one on ebay. lmk on some good clutches for cheap.

and of course the trannsmission. found in 93 coupe at junkyard. this car is where i got most of my parts from. it is a dohc tranny but of what i was told will work. edit: i forgot.. i also have 5 spd driveline.

the two red lines are 5 speed swap clutch lines that i ordered from importimage racing and they didnt kno if i needed nething els but i also have a stainless steel clutch line that connects in the middle. idk if i need the stainless steel one or what. this line is the line that goes from master to slave cylinder. i have the slave cylinder on the tranny but i need the master cylinder. i will proble just order both the slave and master cylinder brand new online.
any other parts i may need? plz lmk thanks. if you have the simpleist info it will help. thanks a lot.

get the slave cylinder at autozone its like 14 bucks and has a lifetime warranty, they sell the master too. theres a pin type deal that connects the master to the brake pedal, make sure you have that as well, or you can make something.
 
i forgot what size, but drilling the hole in the firewall with the correct hole saw size makes like CAKE.

Other than that, you look set.

Umm those red lines look like ss brake lines to me causei have a set in front of me and there identical clutch line is longer like 3ft
 
thats what i ordered lol. and it sent me those two pieces so im like wtf lol

so do i need the stainless steel clutch line and then need to order what you showed me?

the two red lines from import image racing. talkin to the guy now.. and got the stainless steel silver clutch line from ebay brand new.
 
Make sure ur fork isn't bent and that you have all the proper retainer clips, etc. Also, check ur throwout bearing..
 
Enjuku racing has a full 5 speed swap section pretty has everything u need to get the job done
but besides the wrong line everything else looks good
I'd say get a spec clutch has the throw out bearing pressure plate and clutch

but i talked to importimageracing and the guy there is the best and will talk to me tomorrow about the line. im sure he will come through. they got good service.

yeh. im getting the line soon. the shipping person sent me agency power lines by mistake. ill update when i get the new line. thanks for the help.
