93/94 ka24de pistons

In chiltons repair book for the 240sx/altima it says that 93/94 240sx have 8.6:1 compression pistons does any one know if thats true if it is does that means that I can put them in my motor and boost it?

Has Anyone Put Sohc Pistons In The Dohc Ka. How Does It Perform.? Is There Any Other Things That Must Be Changed On The Engine When Installing Them?

yeah i just built a dohc with sohc pistons compression is bumped up to 11.0-1 and no nothing eles needs to be change in the engine to do it just pistons

How many miles on the motor?

it was at the event in the smurf blue sileighty, it was broken in with 700miles on it and was 3rd gear raped at the event all day. not a single problem, then after about 200miles were put on it and then the car was stolen. but not a sign of any problems while the car was stil around

No one let's these motors last. I want to see what happens to the pistons after 10k+ miles. lol. I would like to know if they really would last with no modification.

well the kid got the car back so once all the missing parts are put back together there will be a report on how long this motor last trust me if it goes u all will know!!!!!!!!
