? about importing a car

what is the web site that tells you what you need to import a vehicle. like what it has to pass and everything. we have a contact on getting cars from england, but i cant figure out what it all needs to pass the inspection.
 
I would like to know myself, anyway with the dollar being so weak it might not be worth importing just yet. I think the euro is worth double the dollar and the British pound even more so it might be more profitable to send cars to england.

Close, a Euro is 1.47 US Dollars. It's weak.
 
See, you can buy one for half that easy and send it to england for probably less the 5 grand and pocket the rest (whatever your markup was)

It is hard enough to get a car from Canada.

we have a guy from england at our plant buying a couble limos and one of the custom cars we did. he translates everything to us dollars so we understand it better lol
 
yes as stated before its very expensive, ur going to have to pay duty taxes which depending on the county is pretty damn high

ex: if u buy a car from the bahamas and pay 10K for the car it self, duty taxes would be 7k(yes seven thousand,70% i know is duty tax in bahamas) so in all actually in just taxes and the car it selg your spending 17k plus u have to pay shipment and u also have to have the car pass emissions before it leaves the port, and if ur car gets taken from the port good luck getting it back
