abs??

how can i tell if my car is abs??? s13 92 coupe and plz no responds like slam the brakes and find out lol

I think if it has HICAS or an LSD, you have ABS.... they all came with the same package.

it doesnt.

only HICAS model s13s came with ABS and only fastbacks had it.

but a way to tell is just look under your hood and if you have a big ass thing on one of the corners bby the firewall that you have no idea what it does (besides cruise control and the wiper motor)

uhhh, look in the engine bay for a big box that has brake lines coming from the brake master cylinder to it and vise aversa, thats the abs moduel.

abs, is not directly related to hicas, as seen in all LE model cars, which have ABS, but NO LSD or hicas.

just look for the damn box under the hood, if u dont know what a abs actuator looks like, u should probably not worry about if u have it or not.

I have had 2 stock LE s13s hatchbacks with no ABS. Also a co-worker original owner LE coupe has no ABS.

Some LE did come with ABS, it was a factory option.

dude slam on the brakes while your doing about 50mph and if you brakes make a farting noise and don't lock up you have ABS
