The ? is the fuel pump is always on when you turn the key or the ecu control it , car is 240 1990 with 98 k24de motor I being triying to swap and conect all electrical, here is the link of what I have http://www.sfldrifters.com/forums/showthread.php?t=22843
Or what else would be easier find a complete harness for 98 or 92 harness and convert the motor to external coil, also if someone knows about how to do this kind of swap how much a mechanic would cost to get this car runnig, if someone has the answer pm thanks I wana go drifting and the car is being sitting for 3 months now.
 
the pump turns on when the key is possitioned at AC, it stays on for a couple of seconds and turns off, once the car is on the pump is on...
 
so the ecu does not control the pump, if is it I gone try to conect the fuel line and direct cable to starter to see I can finally have this car runnig.
 
The pump will prime with key on. When the ECU sees the Distributor going it send signal to turn the fuel pump on full time.

My question is what harness are you trying to use? You should use 91 - 94 KA24DE Harness. From there you can either re wire it so that you can run the internal coil or just swap the Dizzy for a S13 DOHC Dizzy(much easier). Once that is all install and good to go you need to color match the harness that goes under your dash from the engine harness. Like 10 wires or less IIRC.

FYI:- a 98 harness will be harder then wiring an SR
- 98 DE Intake Manifolds have extra sensors and vaccum lines for newer/updated emissions. I would suggest a 91 - 96 Intake Manifold to make life easier and bay cleaner.
