I have a job opportunity there and I'm debating moving there. What prices are apartments there? Anyone need a roommate? Thanks.
 
coral gables = money... though i couldnt tell you any better then that... but man gl finding a place that will let you play mechanic in the gables over there....

Well if you can handle the MOST insane drivers you've ever seen, super narrow roads, and total over-population (which in short = CHAOS), then it might work out for you. I cannot. I freak out when I go down there. It is standard practice to run reds everywhere and shit. Not even kidding.
 
Yeah. Lots of rich people, not a lot of space...idk. Obviously people are attracted to it. But either way you ought to visit so YOU can make a decision.

at the dealer.... you wont be able to play at home with the shit that you like to do at home now.... but its a good oppertunity i would take it and make a sacrafice... but i highly dought that you will be able to afford anything in the gables... i would look into just finding something thats close enough that you can commute within reason.. gl mang... and yea tony mac is right its frecking retarded there to drive..

oh man though if you were to move there..... hahahahaha... the hell that you'll bring them in your fire breathing dragon you call a car... haha.. a finnish in the gables.. its on like donkey kong
 
I would need a place to store 2 cars and have a garage... maybe not so great of a idea. I'm going to go down there and talk to them this weekend and check out the place. Thanks guys.

I would do what Tony says. Visit down there a few days. Maybe stay at a near by hotel and drive the route to work. You will hate it.
 
coral gables has very strict rules, your not even suppose to have a boat or truck parked in front of your house, if your roof or house is painted white and the paint chips or cracks or gets darker they send you notifications to re-paint your house or you get fined, plus theres always construction going on, its your choice, where is the dealer located at on us1?

there are nice homes and its really nice to walk through some streets (coral way) on a saturday or sunday morning, not at night since some areas are really dark since they have those old light poles that dont light up the streets so well

agreed with the whole coming down and visiting idea.
Coral Gables is an expensive place, I'm sure rent wise would be about $1,200 monthly.
 
^^ Yea its on US1. TheCollection.com (that's their website). If I can't have cars outside and stuff it won't work out. I'll see when I go down there.

Atleast. Plus Utilitties. No a cheap place by any means. Hence the Ferrari/Maseratti Dealer.
 
well, if the job is worth it, look into neighboring areas, not just Coral Gables.
I'm not saying Hialeah lol, but somewhere in the uh... more "affordable" areas.
