there's alottttt of info online about this. When i got mine my friend helped me with mine, and it drive nice and smooth and it handles really well. When I start drifting I will stiffen them a little more though. just google it, its not that hard

As far as tuning the damping you really won't be able to set it up correctly since most cheap coilover shock adjustments are almost are never linear and each shock doesnt perform the same(some are stiffer or softer). So if you do try to tune the settings on the shock pay no attention to the number of clicks you adjust them, just keep messing with them till it feels right.. best place to do it would be at the skid pad.

i honestly dont know what "feels" right, its my first ride on coilovers you know what i mean, i can see that there are all not equal, one spring is higher then the other

Usually when the suspension feels "wrong" its one of two things. One could be your alignment. If you've got different toe settings on either side it'll make the rear feel sloppy or the steering seem unpredictable. The other is the preload. A lot of guys mistakenly preload the hell out of their coilovers in an attempt to go low while not fully understanding the implications. If it feels bouncy and overly stiff, this could be the case.

I would lift the car and work on removing any preload, setting the dampers about half way between full stiff and full soft out back and a slightly stiffer setting up front, then see how it feels. Basically like starting from scratch rather than trying to correct the poorly configured coilovers. Good luck either way - if you have jaun helping you im sure it'll get figured out.

ok i got the pm, thanks for helping out people, i guess all the rumors of sfl being douche bags arent true :bigthumbu
